Saska Kępa Malachite Studio is located in one of the most beautiful districts of Warsaw, Saska Kępa. Saska Kępa is distinguished by its unusual development, reminiscent of the climate of resorts in the south of France. Low-rise buildings, numerous gardens, lots of green areas, and trendy restaurants and bars are the hallmarks of the Praga district. Its most popular part is Francuska Street, where you can find modernist villas, the best Warsaw restaurants and a climatic promenade.
Saska Kępa provides its residents with exceptional living conditions - close to the center of Warsaw, surrounded by greenery, with excellent road infrastructure and a developed network of public transport connections. What is more, the estate, situated directly on the Vistula River, is surrounded to the north by the National Stadium, Skaryszewski Park and Kamionkowskie Błonia Elekcyjne. On the other hand, from the east, the estate neighbors with Gocławskie Lake and the Balaton Park. The western part of Saska Kępa is an extensive Vistula riverbank with wild beaches, swimming pools and other recreational facilities.

The apartment is practically and modernly furnished: a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. From May 1 to May 31, 2026, the parking space in the building will not be available. We kindly ask our guests to take this into account when planning their arrival – during this period, we recommend using nearby public parking or public transport to fully enjoy your stay without any parking-related stress.

However, please note that these items are available in limited quantities and are intended primarily for the first days of your stay. For continued comfort, we recommend that you purchase additional supplies as needed.
