Next to the Arkadia Park is the Warszawianka Water Park. Near the flat there are tennis courts and a sports and recreation centre - Stegny AKTYWNA WARSZAWA centre - roller skating and rollerblading. The location favours easy movement around the city due to bus and tram stops located nearby (Warneńska, Dominikańska).
