The property is located on the outskirts of Lisanza a small village on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore, a 4-minute walk from the lake shore.

The surrounding area is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Visitors can engage in a variety of water sports such as swimming, sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing on Lake Maggiore. There are also numerous hiking and biking trails that wind through the nearby mountains and forests,

Sun lovers will enjoy the beautiful partial-sand partial-garden Guree beach (a 15-minute drive) and the pretty family-friendly beach of Reno (a 20-minute drive). Lake Monate (a 15-minute drive) and Lake Orta (a 30-minute drive) also provide popular excursions.
