Guests have access to the whole annex.
Please note the owners live next door and the annex is attached to their primary residence, the annex is completely private and separate and has its own private entrance, balcony, and courtyard garden.

• The nearest pubs are The Bird in Hand in Know Hill and The Cricketers in Littlewick Green
• The Bird in Hand is also the nearest restaurant – about 400 metres away. There are also a variety of restaurants in Twyford under 10 minutes away.
• The nearest train stations are Twyford (3.4 miles) and Maidenhead (4.7 miles). Both are on the main line to Paddington and the Elizabeth Line. Twyford also has trains to Henley.
• The nearest supermarkets are Waitrose and M&S Simply Food in Twyford and 400 metres away, the Knowl Hill Esso garage has an off-licence and a selection of food and snacks.
Getting Around:
You will need a form of transport.
The property is located in a rural location and a fantastic spot for local countryside walks and exploring the local area.
The M4 and public transport in Maidenhead can be reached in under 15 minutes.
The nearest train stations are Twyford (3.4 miles) and Maidenhead (4.7 miles) which is on the main line to Paddington via the Elizabeth Line.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, a refundable cautionary deposit of £250 is required before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
If you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront, and the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check-in date.
Any stays booked during dates of The Royal Henley Regatta within a 10-mile radius of Henley-On-Thames are not eligible for refunds of any kind. If any refunds are given it is at the full discretion of Hosting Homes.
