Entering through the main front door, you'll find the entrance to the ground-floor flat directly ahead. Step inside to a narrow hallway that leads you through the space. Toward the rear of the flat, you’ll discover a spacious kitchen that opens onto a private patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Just off the kitchen, stairs lead down to a lower level where you’ll find the bathroom and a utility area.
At the front of the flat, the main bedroom is located on your right, featuring doors that also open onto the patio. Straight ahead is the living area, which doubles as a second bedroom with a double fold-down bed, ideal for extra guests.
The flat comfortably sleeps up to four adults. Just note that the second bed is normally used only for 3+ guests, while kept closed for reservation of max 2 guest, for the to fully enjoy the second bedroom as reception room or library.
