Apartment was very clean, updated and spacious, location is great, easy to find public parking on the street, host was very nice and fast responses when messaging.

Appartement agréable a Milan

Grand appartement agréable et bien localisé à proximité immédiate du tramway. On a été accueille par Michèle qui s’occupe des check-in et Check-out qui est très gentil, et parle même français. Manque un peu de vaisselles (bols… liquide vaisselle peut être un plus) sinon parfait

Appartement propre, bien équipé et proches commodités

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel avec des attentions particulières pour notre arrivée. La personne qui nous a remis les clefs était sympathique et efficace! Dommage que le propriétaire nous ait réclamé la taxe de séjour de Milan tant pour mes enfants mineurs ( illégal d’ailleurs) que pour nous de la main à la main, au lieu de passer par le site..

Je vous remercie pour votre avis. La taxe de séjour pour Milan est obligatoire, et vous avez refusé de la payer. La plateforme de réservation ne collecte pas la taxe de séjour. Si vous consultez les paramètres du profil de la maison, il est indiqué qu'elle doit être payée, et que pour la ville de Milan, les adultes de 18 ans et plus sont tenus de payer 4,5 euros par jour et par personne. Vous avez refusé de la payer et vous serez signalée à la commune de Milan pour non-paiement. Cordialement.
