Welcome to Modern Oasis, a beautifully landscaped home tucked away in historic Victoria Park. This peaceful, single-level retreat sits right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale and is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Las Olas. With 1,500 sq. ft. of space, the home comfortably sleeps up to four guests, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, whether you’re working remotely or streaming your favorite shows.

The home offers two stylish bedrooms, both with smart TVs and cozy luxury linens:
Primary bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
Second bedroom: Queen bed

NOTE: The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house, giving everyone a little extra privacy.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Before you leave, please complete the following: Dishwasher – Ensure all dishes are clean and the dishwasher is emptied. Refrigerator – Remove all open food items, beverages, and perishables.
Trash & Recycling – Take all trash and recyclables to the outdoor bins. Lower the umbrella and return outdoor furniture to its original positions. BBQ Grill – Make sure the BBQ is completely shut off.
Thermostat – Set the temperature to 76°F. Towels – Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor. Lights – Turn off all indoor and outdoor lights. Doors – Lock all doors, both front and back.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wheel the Recycling Bin (blue) and the Garbage Bin (black) to and from the curb. Garbage pickup is Wednesday and Saturday, Recycle pick up is Saturday
Additional guest fee of $35 per guest per night after 2 guests
Must confirm guest count with host prior to stay. :)

Great stay in Fort Lauderdale!

This house was perfect, clean and the hosts were so nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this house to others! It is walking distance to some restaurants and shops but it was also very easy and quick to get affordable uber or Lyft rides too.

Heavenly Retreat

The Modern Oasis was a heavenly retreat to escape the stresses of daily life. It has all the amenities you could ask for and the peace and quiet of a tropical garden. We will most certainly will be back!
