Bright and comfortable apartment in the prestigious Montecolo Resort in Manerba del Garda, perfect for a family vacation.The semi-detached house is on the ground floor and is accessible through a French-door from the private porch, which opens directly onto the living area furnished with two double sofa beds, a dining table, a TV and a kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one equipped with a queen-size bed, large closets and access to the back garden, and one with a bunk bed and closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning and heat pump heating will be available in the accommodation.A highlight of the facility is definitely the large shared outdoor spaces. The Residence's swimming pool enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and can be used from June 15 to September 15. The pool area is divided into 3 areas: adult area (25x18m), children's area, and jacuzzi area; swimming caps may be required.
