Studio flat 200 metres from the sandy beach

Flat Yara is located on the 1st floor, is 22 square metres in size and is bright and friendly. Here you live in the centre of Dahme and only a stone's throw away from the sandy beach and the promenade.
All flats have been completely renovated and newly furnished. They have box-spring beds with foam toppers, blackout blinds, Smart TVs with Netflix, fully equipped kitchenettes with Nespresso capsule machines and bathrooms with rain wellness showers. The double bed is 140 cm wide.
Everything you need is within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and much more.
Here you will find the perfect starting point for relaxing, wellness, hiking, cycling (bikes can be hired on site), tennis, kitesurfing, sailing, fishing, horse riding and much more. In summer, yoga, beach volleyball and stand-up paddling are offered on the beach, as well as interesting discovery tours.

There is also a fitness and spa centre right on the promenade. Boat trips to Fehmarn depart from the long jetty. There is a "children's harbour" for children, where a great programme takes place every day.

Compared to other places in the area, Dahme still has the advantage of being very unspoilt. Everything is a little more relaxed and yet you don't have to do without anything.

In winter, it's wonderful to go for long, relaxing walks and then unwind under the rain shower or end the day in the free-standing bathtub in the Malu flat.

Dog lovers can enjoy two dog beaches in summer and the entire beach in winter. One dog beach can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, the other in 12 minutes.

All studio flats have Smart TVs with Netflix or other streaming services, box-spring beds with foam toppers, fully equipped kitchenettes with Nespresso capsule machines and wellness rain showers. Behind the house there is a large garden with sun loungers, tables and chairs, which invites you to linger or barbecue (seasonal). Each flat has its own car park directly in front of the door.

You can park your car free of charge at the accommodation. The A1 motorway is a 20-minute drive away.

Das Appartment war in perfekter Lage direkt am Strand, man ist sofort am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist modern und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Mit Hund war uns das Appartment tatsächlich etwas zu klein, da man nicht genügend Stauraum hat, um die Leine, Geschirr etc. zu verstauend

So nah am Strand wohnt man selten

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in Dahme. Die Wohnung ist klein, gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Das Beste: sie ist keine Minute vom Strand entfernt! Alles war sauber und der Kontakt mit Nora war super freundlich! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Angenehm aufgefallen ist uns die Sauberkeit unserer Wohnung. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Alles, was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Nicht einmal fünf Minuten bis zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade. Auch der Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind in nächster Nähe. Bei Fragen ist die Vermieterin immer telefonisch erreichbar und sehr, sehr freundlich. Alles in allem, ein sehr empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil.

If you want, you can enjoy a self-sufficient holiday here or quickly make new contacts, as the accommodation in Dahme is very centrally located.

Dog lovers are also very welcome and can enjoy the greenery and the two dog beaches in the immediate vicinity.

Each flat has its own car park right outside the door.

If you wish, you can leave the car parked completely or go on a few excursions, for example to Fehmarn or Lübeck.

There are daily ferries from Fehmarn to Denmark and you could also plan a short trip to Copenhagen.
It is all possible, pure peace and relaxation or variety and lots of action.
