Come and enjoy Viveiro and its surroundings in this spacious 88m apartment in a quiet area and very close to the town center 70m away and Covas beach 500m away.
The distance to Pernas Peon park is 400m
There is an Alcampo supermarket 50 meters away.
Newly renovated apartment in March 2024
It consists of two rooms, one double with a 150cm bed with television and the other with two 90cm single beds.
In the living room there is a magnificent chaislong with an Italian system with a 140" bed, 50" inch television.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay, kitchen utensils (cups, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses...), appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, mixer, juicer, toaster, hair dryer, iron,...) bedding (sheet set, duvet fillings, bedspreads), towels...
The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet, and sink cabinet. We have soap, shampoo and shower gel.
