Guest Access

Hoyo 17 is a magnificent residential complex made up of 46 semi-detached houses with 3 and 4 bedrooms on the front line of golf. They are located in San Roque Club, next to the exclusive area of Sotogrande on the Costa del Sol.
Hoyo 17 is an exclusive residential area with 24-hour security. The complex includes a fully equipped gym, as well as a lagoon-shaped swimming pool, social lounge and manicured gardens.

Getting Around

It is located a few steps from the Club House, the Golf Academy and also a magnificent equestrian center. There is also a 5-star hotel where you can enjoy good food. Hoyo 17 is ideally located to enjoy the luxury lifestyle of the Costa del Sol, close to all amenities, first-class golf courses, polo fields and exclusive beach clubs. Sotogrande and its marina are 2 minutes away, while Marbella, Puerto Banús and Estepona are 30 minutes away by car. Gibraltar Airport is 10 minutes away by car.
The Costa del Sol is recognized as one of the most established tourist destinations in Europe. It has fantastic infrastructure, excellent year-round weather and an extremely safe living environment.

As soon as you know the arrival time at the apartment let us know so that we have everything prepared on the day of arrival and help you with everything you need.
We recommend communicating with us through Whats App (it’s faster and more direct) 72 hours before the arrival date.
If there is any delay or change in your plane, train or arrival time, please inform us as soon as possible.
There is no physical reception, but we will be waiting for you at the apartment at the agreed time to welcome you and give you the keys.

• Late check in: 20€ from 22hs. per hour
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• Parking is available at the location withour reservation needed.
• Cots and high chairs available under request.
