The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated period building which has 25 other apartments and is spread over three levels: on the first level, the large living room with open kitchen, sofa, single bed, flat screen TV; on the intermediate floor mezzanine with double bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine; on the top floor (attic) double bedroom and bathroom. In this room it is possible to add a bed for a child.

The apartment enjoys a wonderful view of the village of Poggio, the park and a swimming pool, through a scenic original window of the time. The building is inside a beautiful centuries-old park. Reserved parking for one car on the property (normal size, no SUV), the second car can be left just outside the gate in a small dirt parking lot.

From the park you can easily reach the village of Poggio on foot in the cool of the tall chestnut trees.

Groups of children are not accepted, only couples and families with children or teenagers. Dogs are not allowed.

Bed/bath linen is not included: it can be rented at a cost of 15 euros per person or brought from home for free.
