Unwind at this stunning beachside private villa. The property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath haven in a private flowery villa complex 15 min walk from the city centre and with direct access to the beach of "bejinhos". Great for paddling and snorkeling.

The spacious villa of around 500 square meters comprises one suite, with a double bed and an attached bathroom, and a second room with two singles beds, which can be joined into a double bed.
There is also a double sofa bed in the living room for bigger groups.

The living room has flat-screen TV with streaming services and you'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster.

Outside, enjoy a private garden with an outdoor dining area. The property includes access to a shared pool, and private parking with EV charging.

The Villa complex environment is well-maintained with greenery and flowers, and the Beach of Kisses is just a 3-minute walk away, offering an ideal spot for paddling and snorkeling.

The property is alarmed (with motion sensors inside the house, and one outdoor camera outside the house entrance), which guests can choose to turn off or on.

Towels and beach towels/umbrella are available in the villa.

The house is around 35 min from the closest airport by car (Faro), and 15 min walk from Armação de Pêra.

There is a city tax of 2€ a day per person (April - October) or 1€ per person (November - March).
