This lovely old farm house has been totally renovated for maximum confort, especially for winter with its wood cheminée, heating in the bathroom and its towels dryer.
A stairs in " colimaçon " leads to the mezzanine, equiped with 2 single beds (2nd bedroom)
a large garden,with BBQ, automatique gate, for maximum pravacyand sécurity.

A good stay

Nice house with beautiful garden in a quiet area near to the beach. Central in the Algarve. Clean and all necessary equipment available. Pascal is a nice host and knows the area.

zwei schöne Wochen an der Algarve

Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach, hat aber alles was man für den Urlaub braucht (allerdings keine Klimaanlage). Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar, bietet daher volle Privatsphäre. Es gibt aber viel Verkehr an der Straße. Pascal ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und gibt viele Tipps für die Erkundung der Region. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub.

Perfect accommodation and location for our early summer break

The accommodation was clean and spacious and had all the equipment you’d need. Lovely patio and garden area. Quiet and private. 20 minute walk to the coast through open land where there are beautiful cliff top walks and found a lovely secluded beach. Pascal was very helpful and thoughtful (as we arrived during a national power outage.) He also gave us lots of advice on places to visit locally. Overall very enjoyable place to explore the Algarve from.

L Algarve reposante et tranquille.

Séjour de 2 semaines dans maison type de l'Algarve. Mr Pascal très accueillant , communicatif, et discret à la fois. Très bonne expérience. L'endroit se prête à de belles balades.

Tolle Lage

Ein hübsches Häuschen für 2 Personen. Leider war es in der Küche nicht sauber... Es war fettig und die Griffe haben geklebt. Wir haben uns entschieden nicht zu kochen und das Geschirr erstmal zu spülen. Der Gastgeber ist ganz wunderbar und ein sehr freundlicher Mensch . Ein bißchen mehr Pflege im und um das das Haus wäre schön. nicht Küche nicht sauber

Fantastische Wohnung und großartiger Vermieter

Eine tolle Wohnung, sauber und mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Davor ist ein wunderschöner Garten mit Grill. Der hilfsbereite Vermieter ist das, was man einen perfekten Gastgeber nennt: auf jede Frage eine Antwort, ist da, wenn man ihn braucht, und ansonsten dezent im Hintergrund.

Perfect spot to stay in Algarve.

Carvoeiro is almost in the middle of Algarve, so it's one the best spots to stay in Algarve if you plan on exploring all of Algarve. If you are looking for a quiet area to stay in Algarve you can't beat Carvoeiro/Lagoa area. This home is in a quiet street that leads to a beautiful beach, and it is perfect in mornings to enjoy the sunrise while having your coffee. Pascal (the owner of the home we stayed at) was very helpful. He took the time to explain to us some of the nicest places to see/visit in Algarve, and was always there everytime we needed help. Thank you Pascal 👍

Charmante maison

Très bien accueillis par Pascal qui a une Charmante maison, agréable, fonctionnelle et très propre. Très bien située, elle permet d’aller se promener sur les belles plages de Marhina, Benagil,Albandeira à pied. Sur les bons conseils de Pascal nous sommes aller manger à Zavial une jolie petite plage de surfeurs, puis Carrapateira où nous avons été émerveillés par le paysage ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Merci Pascal. Carole et Lolo

Sehr erholsam!

Wir haben 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir sind von Pascal dem Besitzer sehr nett empfangen worden. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und die Wegbeschreibung und die Korrespondenz mit dem Besitzer im Vorfeld war perfekt! Das Haus liegt eher "ländlich" und man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir haben aber auch sehr schöne Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus gemacht. Es ist ein wunderbarer Wanderweg an der Küste/ Klippen zu Fuss zu erreichen! Man kann bis caroveiro gehen und immer wieder an kleinen Stränden Pause machen. Ende März war es nicht überlaufen und wir haben tolle Restaurants am Strand und in den kleinen Dörfer entdeckt. Wir haben in den 2 Wochen viel gesehen und finden die Westküste und die Strände zwischen carvoeiro und Sagres /carrtapateira super. Dies ist von dem Ferienhaus alles mit Auto innerhalb 1/2 bis 3/4 Stunde zu erreichen! Übrigens:die Zitronen von Pacsal mit Wasser gemixt:hervorragend. Wie schon in einigen Rezensionen beschrieben: Küche und Bad sind renovierungsbedürftig. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört, da wir nur 2x selber gekocht haben. Zu viert ist das Haus im Sommer sicherlich nicht zu empfehlen, da 2 Betten unter dem Dach sind und keine Klimaanlage besteht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und geben klar eine Empfehlung.

Prima, rustig en vrijloggend vakantie-adres.

Het huis is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om vakantie te houden. Er is een grote tuin ter beschikking. De eigenaar is een vriendelijke en behulpzame man, op wie je, als dat nodig is, altijd een beroep kunt doen.

Super für Draußen Menschen

Sehr gut gefallen haben uns die Lage des Häuschens. Man kann super gut spazieren gehen und kommt zu Fuß durch eine sehr naturbelassene Landschaft bis zum Meer und zum Küstenwanderweg. Auch toll zum Trailrunning geeignet. Der Garten ist auch wunderbar, um draußen zu essen (im Winter bis zur Mittagszeit in der Sonne), workouts zu machen oder in der Sonne zu liegen. Die Gegend ist (bis auf die unvermeindlichen kläffenden Hunde) wunderbar ruhig. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan, ist super hilfsbereit, unaufdringlich und versorgt einem mit wertvollen Tipps. Das Haus ist von außen auch wunderschön und traditionell / landestypisch. Das Bett ist ausreichend groß für 2 Menschen und wir haben dort gut geschlafen. Der neue Pelletofen funktioniert gut und ist bis auf die morgendliche Reinigung, die man durchführen sollte, auch ganz einfach zu bedienen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist leider recht einfach und zusammengestückelt bzw. in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere Bad und Küche. Hier darf man keine hohen Ansprüche haben. Außerdem ist das Haus aufgrund der kleinen Fenster innen recht dunkel und die elektrische Beleuchtung nicht gerade anheimelnd. So lädt es nicht gerade zum gemütlichen Verweilen an Schlechtwettertagen ein. Darüber sollte man sich im Klaren sein, falls man im Winter Urlaub macht. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass man für wenig Geld viel geboten bekommt. Aber Designen Fans sollten sich gut überlegen, ob es das Richtige für sie ist.

Schönes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig, hübsch angelegt und von keiner Seite einsehbar. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten. Die Matratze war für unsere Bedürfnisse hervorragend. Es war alles sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Wie würden gern wiederkommen.

Séjour formidable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement propre, confortable et très bien équipé avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Le grand jardin avec les sièges-longues, le figuier etc. est un petit paradis calme et reposant. Nous avons adoré d'y observer et entendre chanter les oiseaux... La maison est situé près d'une route qui méne à la plage d'Albandeira (très jolie plage en proximité d'ailleurs!). C'est pour cela qu'il y a de temps en temps des voitures qui passent à còté du jardin, mais en tout c'est très calme et loin des hot-spots trop touristiques. Le proprietaire Pascal est très acceuillant, discret et vous donne volontièrement des conseils utiles sur la région. Bref: Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour!
