The kitchen, fully equipped and integrated into the social area, provides a practical and functional space to prepare and share meals, making the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.



The apartment features air conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort all year round.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €300 / Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).

The duplex layout was spacious and well-designed, making our stay very comfortable. The bedroom was cozy and quiet, ensuring a great night's . Clean and spacious property with balcony upstairs. Short walk down steps directly to the beach area. Plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the apartment. Boat trips to the caves run throughout the day from the local beach. Easy to explore other towns and beaches and there is an easy walk over the cliff via a boardwalk route to see some beautiful cliff/ cave formations. Friendly town with plenty to do nearby.

The perfect choice for our Algarve holiday!

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and the charming town center. The apartment itself is modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We loved the two balconies, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and having a second fridge downstairs was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay at Carvoeiro Playa Apartment! The place was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed. The beach was just a few steps away, and the town center was right there with amazing restaurants and bars. The air conditioning and free Wi-Fi made everything even more comfortable. Best location in Carvoeiro!

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces like the two balconies were perfect for relaxing. Having direct pedestrian access to the beach and the town center made our holiday so much easier. We also enjoyed dinner at O Cantinho restaurant just around the corner.

Appartement bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage.Les photos /vidéos sur le site mettent trop en valeur l appartement par rapport à la réalité.La vue ne donne pas sur la plage mais un mur des maisonnettes. L appartement est en réalité plus petit que la vidéo ne laisse penser, il convient mieux à un couple. La cuisine se trouve à l étage et le frigo au RDC, ce qui n est pas très pratique. Il n est pas évidemment de localiser l appartement à l arrivée. Le rapport qualité prix devrait être meilleur.
