Pretty close to the perfect penthouse apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this superb penthouse apartment. The location is really good and access to beaches and restaurants are very close. Also, plenty of parking close to the apartment.Our host was also very helpful and quick to reply to emails which I very much appreciate.We hope to stay again soon!

Lovely apartment

We had a great week here in March. The apartment was as described and suited us for ex0loring the Algarve. It is walking distance from Praia de Paraeiso and a lovely restaurant. A slightly longer walk down a hill takes you into Carvoeira where there is plenty for everyone - a tourist town. The apartment had everything we needed to cater for ourselves and our host communicated with us well. We felt that the sofa was a little uncomfortable (probably due to it being a sofabed) but it wasn't unbearable. The views from the apartment and the balcony are fantastic. Parking behind the property was free and plentiful and it is easier to access from the street behind (less steps) if you have a car.

Always a great vacation

The property is ideally located, overlooking the water and a short walk to town and the numerous restaurants and bars. Unit is well equipped, well maintained and Masako is a great host who communicates quickly through the entire process and is easily available if there is any need while you are there.

Another great vacation

This property, and the host, Masako, combine to make these stays most enjoyable. There are very few reasons to need assistance from Masako, the unit is well equipped and in great shape, but if you have questions, she is quickly available to provide what you need. Property itself is pefectly located, water view, far enough from the town centre for quiet, but a five minute walk from bars, restaurant and friends We are repeat long term clients, and have long term plans to continue.

Good stay

The location was excellent, near many amenities and shops. The apartment has amazing views. It would have been nice if a bit more of basic toiletries were provided (there was a tiny amount of dish soap and one toilet roll per toilet. No hand soap rpovided).

Appartement très bien localisé avec vues spectaculaires

L’appartement bénéficie d’une excellente localisation à distance de marche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Le village de Carvoeiro est un petit bijou ! Les vues sur l’océan de l’appartement et de la terrasse sont à couper le souffle. La terrasse est confortable et bien équipée. Au niveau de l’appartement, les meubles du salon sont défraîchis, le lit est sur roulettes, peu confortable et la literie usée. Malgré ces inconvénients, l’appartement constitue toutefois un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Perfect!

Location was perfect, easy walking distance to town and beach. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Views were spectacular from front and rear. Owner made check in easy and check out the same. Would highly recommend this property.

Great way to see Carveiro

This property was as described - amazing views with a huge deck! The outdoor furniture was super comfortable. Check in was easy and the owner was responsive to any concerns! Location was great - with a short walk into town and restaurants / supermarket very close.

Beautiful view ...

It's a nice apartment with a spectacular view. It needs a fresh up ( shower, couch, sunroof ...) for that price... and it would be nice if it would be cleaner. The host was very attentiv and kind.

Beautiful place

The apartment is beautiful. The views, the location are top notch. The host is very nice. We arrived late and did not meet the host but she explained everything in detail and getting into the apartment was super easy. The town is delightfully. The beaches are beautiful. We did kayak trip to Benagril caves, I would highly recommend it. The sea food place across the street is super nice with amazing seafood rice and great service. The only thing that we had issue with is the funky smell in the bathroom and extending into the bedroom. It was very strong and unpleasant. Minus the smell, the apartment is 10 stars in my opinion.

Views amazing

Great place, location, views we loved! Things that can be improved are it comes with no toiletries at all. Would have been nice to have gotten there and not worry about toilet paper or soap for washing hands. Didn’t even have dish soap. If you want your place to stay clean you should supply some of the necessities. He did leave a bottle of wine which was a nice gesture, but would rather have had the toiletries instead. Furniture is aged and can use updating. Bed in room masters slings on one side are gone. If some of these things got updated I would stay there again.

Breathtaking views

The property is within walking distance of pretty much everything. Close to the beach. Very clean and modern. The ocean views from the terrace are breathtaking. Highly recommended.

bonjour masako, Je suis très surpris du contenu de votre message. Nous n'avons jamais utilisé vos coussins de transat et les avons conservé à l'intérieur du logement. Nous n'avons cassé aucun verre de vin. Nous ne sommes pas fumeur et n'avons utlisé aucun produit inflammable dans votre logement. Ces insinuations me gênent considérablement. Nous sommes venus en avion avec un seul bagage à main et n'avions aucune possibilité de ramener quoique ce soit. Je n'aime pas trop me faire traiter de malhonnête ou de voleur : je travaille au ministère des finances français. Par contre à notre arrivée, il y avait une bouteille de bière vide non jetée et le fait de ne disposer d'aucun produit nettoyant est extêmement génant quand on vient en avion. Je signale donc cet incident à Abritel car je n'apprécie pas du tout le ton employé. Sincèrement, Williams
