Wyndham House is in Troedyrhiw, Merthyr Tydfil. The area is full of history, from Cyfarthfa Castle to the Mountain Railway or even the Aberfan Memorial Gardens, there’s plenty of rich history in the Valley. The area has also become popular for mountain biking, with Bike Park Wales and the Brecon Beacons on your doorstep. The Brecon Beacons offer some fantastic hikes and trails to explore, with incredible scenery to enjoy including mountain landscapes, lakes, and reservoirs as well as rivers and waterfalls – an amazing place to get out and enjoy nature!
On top of this, there are some must visit places to go – ideal for family breaks. There is a nearby shopping centre, cinema, bowling and leisure centre if you are looking for something to do on a rainy day. Or if you are looking for an exciting activity then head to Zipworld Tower for a zip on the world’s fastest seated zip line!
