This unit was perfect, so comfortable and just as advertised. Beautiful grounds, beach and pool. The fishing doc was great. We saw Sea turtles, eagle rays, moray eels, barracuda, skates, nurse shark, and scores of fish and birds. What a great place!

Long Key Oceanside

This is a great place to relax and unwind. Amenities are great from the pool to the large tiki with bbq grills. Fishing dock is nice with a fish cleaning table. Condo is in a great location and has everything you need.Remember it is the keys so it is elevated so there is stairs to climb. George is very responsive to all questions. Will definitely stay again.

Don’t stay here.

The place was outdated. There were ants all over the counter when we arrived. The coin op laundry machine was busted. Had to drive to marathon to do our laundry. The host contacted me multiple times asking me to handle his business. Had me contact his AC guy for regular maintenance. Guy never showed, host continued to bother us. A week before checkout, host was asking me what time we would be gone. He made us feel like we had to be out before the agreed upon time. Sent a cleaning lady over 2 hours before check out. Over a week after checking out, the host personally emailed me with his electric bill attached insisting I pay the difference.

Location Is Everything

Rental Unit was VERY dated and not very clean. I took pictures and sent to owner as he is paying for a cleaning service and not getting a good job. There was no indication what so ever upon arrival that we were staying in a clean and SANTIZED place. I purchased many cleaning products with bleach to wipe everything down. However, the property, beach, dock, pool and grounds were very nice and well kept. There is no washer and dryer but coin operated ones are available . Apparently during our stay they were the only working ones for all the buildings use. But it was fine. Was very difficult getting quarters though - as a lot of places would not give them to us and it cost $4.00 to to one load (wash and dry) So you may want to bring extra quarters with you if you are staying for a month. Also please note that is unit is facing the highway and you hear cars and trucks all night long. (even with the storm shutters closed).

Beautiful grounds and beach.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for the month of March 2019. We had a good time and enjoyed the magnificent views of the water and beach as well as the heated pool. We have never stayed in a condominium in the keys before and enjoyed the community atmosphere experienced at this condo. The sunsets and sunrises can be seen from the condo and grounds and they are beautiful. You can fish from the beach or take a short walk to the bridge to fish. I walked to the bridge almost every day and there were many successful fisherman! I also snorkled off the beach and saw lots of fish and even several lobsters. The pier was still under repair from hurricane Irma , but several owners and renters were able to doc their small boats. The condo itself was adequate and comfortable, especially the well equipped kitchen. Lots of beach and bath towels . Also a nice outdoor electric grill. It was hard to enjoy the nice screened in balconies as the noise from the road as well as some type of pump behind the unit , kept us from sitting outside and enjoying the views. Trash pick up days were a little noisy as well. We understand that the noise cannot be remedied , but felt we should mention it . The owner was helpful and prompt with all communication and we had a great time here.

Wonderful stay

The condo was comfortable and clean and the complex is very well maintained. Host was great, responding almost immediately to any questions. I loved the location, between Islamorada and Marathon and near a state park. Hope to be able to visit again.

Beautiful place and ideal location

We had the best time at this home. Ideal location as we love Marathon and Islamorada, so short driving distance to both. We loved walking the bridge everyday for exercise and then enjoying the pool and beach amenities. This unit is perfect for a long term stay- has everything you could imagine to make your stay comfortable. Move in ready. We will definitely stay here again. George was very accommodating and very responsive. One of the best stays I have had in the keys!

Awesome Private beach

This was a great stay! I dont even want to leave a great review for fear the owner will never have a free month after this! The condo is private and we booked it primarily for the private beach. There was no disappointment in this area. There was also the dock and other white sand bottom shallow areas that you can float around in all day long. Now it is the ocean, so there are days of tea colored water and seaweed washing in, you just have to accept that. The condo itself was 1980 vintage beach theme, we loved it. It reminded me of beach places we stayed in as a kid. The unit was clean and very homey. The condo is on the end of the building so there is a bit of road noise which we quickly tuned out. Best part is the end unit has extra large sliding glass patio doors on 2 sides of the living room (den) and the bedroom. I loved all the extra light coming in.and the spacious feel. Overall I'd say the biggest negative of the unit and the condo complex was that the beach was so nice and private we felt guilty for not feeling moviated to go sight see other islands!

Great stay

Condo is exactly as shown in pictures - dated, but comfortable and clean.. Plenty of storage, set up well for renters. Great complex. Owner was very easy to communicate with and attentive to any needs we had. Pool & beach were great, and grounds were kept in fabulous condition. We enjoyed fishing while here, and were able to anchor our boat in the beach area for easy use. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful ocean and gulf views from 2 wraparound balconies plus another off the kitchen.

2nd time renting in the Keys and really happy we found this condo. Stayed for 2 months. It was AMAZING. Such a cute beach feel with a huge master bedroom. There was everything and more that you could need. George the host was great to work with from booking to departure. The grounds are so well kept and the heated pool was perfect. We caught some good size fish right off the private pier. Location was great, right in between Islamorada and Marathon. Will definitely return.

A perfect keys vacation!

They say that "location is everything" and this Long Key condo has it. It's close to Islamorada and Marathon, and a short drive to the lower keys and Key West. This quiet gated townhouse complex is beautifully landscaped with a large heated pool, tiki huts, boat dock and private sandy beach. We snorkeled around the dock and saw nurse sharks, rays, barracuda, snook, snapper, and lots of reef fish! We caught big blue crabs and the kids picked up lots of hermit crabs and horseshoe crab shells. We enjoyed the pool almost everyday. Everything you need is provided in this spacious unit. Just show up, relax and have fun. There is an electric grill on the large L-shaped balcony, a table and chairs, and even a cushioned chaise lounge and two more wicker chairs. The king sized bed is super comfortable! There are two full bathrooms, which is great for extra guests. The owner is a very gracious and accommodating person. We came to stay for a month and can't wait to return next year!

Very nice place with covered parking, updated kitchen, very private and quiet. Caught a lot of fish from the pier, swam in the pool. Inside has all you could really need - it worked out very well for us.
