At 500 meters from the center of the village of S. M. di Leuca there is a brand new villa recently completed and equipped with numerous interior comforts.
The house has a comfortable private veranda, parking space inside the property and a double outdoor area. On the ground floor there is a beautiful well-furnished living room, a very comfortable kitchen with dining room and closet and a complete bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms, another bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Arrival between 00:00 and 07:00 is subject to 25 late arrival fee.
Departure between 00:00 and 07:00 is subject to 25 early departure fee.
