About this property

A cosy light Semi Detached cottage in the Waveney Valley, the Broads National park.

Located on the B1062 midway between the historical town of Bungay and the charming town of Beccles. Shipmeadow is a small village in the Waveney district with shops 3 miles away in both towns. Lots of great places and fun activities locally.

The Cottage is on a B road, a semi rural location with adjacent farmland, great local walks. Dogs are welcome but are not allowed upstairs.
The first part of the garden is Dog secure when the road gates are shut, this is mainly car park with a little grass area.


Layout

Enter into the pouch where you can leave your footwear and hang your coats up, this leads you into the newly renovated dining room. Straight ahead is the stairs. There are two upstairs bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 Single beds.
The Dining room sits between the lounge and the kitchen it has a little wood burner with family dining table and chairs.
The lounge comprises of 2 sofas one of which can turn into a sofa bed, a smart TV and another cosy wood burner.
The well equipped kitchen has a electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and condensing dryer.
Adjacent to the Kitchen is the small hallway leading to the utility with the washing machine and a exit door. Off the hallway there is a wet room and then a separate toilet.

Master Bedroom- A double bed
Twin Bedroom - 2 single beds
In the lounge a sofa converts to an extra bed for one person.

A long garden with a Summer house and outdoor table and chairs.

Private gated parking for a few cars or work vans.

When the road gates are shut the first part of the garden is secure for Dogs this has a small grass area but mainly car park.

The address should take you to the Cottage. It is the last cottage on the left coming from Bungay or the first Cottage on the right coming from Beccles.
There is a lay-by off the main road.
