Amazing villa!

It was so much more than we expected. The hosts were so kind and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy. We loved our time and would book again. The only thing I would note is I'd recommend bringing a hairdryer as there is only one to share at the villa.

Renewal of wedding vows

I booked this villa for my 35th wedding anniversary for special family and friends. The villa was perfect for an intimate occasion. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the facilities the property had on offer. It sleeps 50 people and there are enough indoor and outdoor spaces to cater for all. The management which includes Wendy, Kamal and Yassine were available when needed. A special Thank You also goes out to Solayman and the rest of the staff who made sure our visit was a pleasant and welcoming one.

Simply The Best!

The Kasbah is authentic Moroccan View of the olive groves into the Atas Mountains are stunning The rooms are large with auxilliary areas(seating) Staff are amazing Food is also Moroccan and staff are open to suggestions when it is booked for an exclusive booking Gardens kept beautifully Outside area and pool - are bigger than the photos I stayed with 21 friends and family for a big birthday. Ages ranged from 26yrs to 73 yrs. Everybody, without question, raved about it being one of the best weekends ever!! That says it all!! Cant rate more highly

Mariage à Caracalla

Quel enchantement, entre la vue incroyable sur l Atlas, la gentillesse du personnel Azize par exemple, les femmes de chambre, le professionnalisme de Kamal et les sourires de toutes et tous, associé à l excellente cuisine du chef, des petits déjeuners aux dîners, la présence des ânes et des tortues dans le jardin avec des jeux pour les petits et les grands. Tout à été si merveilleux que le retour est raide ! Great venue for a yoga retreat

I ran a yoga retreat here and I will be running one here again after this experience. The venue is better than the pictures, staff were really helpful and friendly, food was delicious. I asked for a vegan menu and they were very accommodating. Overall everyone had a wonderful experience and was a nice contrast to the hustle and bustle of Marrakech but also close enough to pop into the city when needed. Thank you!

Site privatiser le weekend du 19-22 octobre pour les 40 ans de la femme. Nous étions 20 au totale et le séjour fut merveilleux. Pour ceux qui cherchent la tranquilité dans un cadre de rêve pas trop loin de marakech je ne peu que conseiller cette adresse. Kamal et le personnel ont été au petit soin avec nous. Chaque demande faite a été réalisé avec le sourire et la gentillesse qui caractérise les marocains. Que dire des repas qui son frais et généreux. Pour la soirée d'anniversaire tout nos désires ont été accomplis. Ce séjour restera dans nos mémoires as tous. Encore merci a Kamal et les employés de nous avoir chouchouter durant tout le sejour.

A beautiful building in a magnificent setting.

We rented the whole property for a large family holiday. It was a really good choice. The photos are totally accurate, it is a beautiful building in a magnificent setting. Kamal and the rest of the team were really helpful, and the food was good. Would highly recommend as a homestay suitable for those who don't need all the services of a resort. Only downside: the property is a 40 min drive from central Marrakech, so taxi fares add up quickly.

J’avais privatisé lle Riad pour 16 personnes , merci à kamal et aux cuisinières pour ce merveilleux moment ... , le Riad est plein de charme , je reviendrai sans hésiter même si c’est un peu loin du centre de Marrakech ( cela se fait très bien en taxi ) , le personnel du riad est charmant et se met en 4 pour que votre séjour soit fantastique . The owner and the staff in the villa were very hositable! The villa is clean, Kamal the manager as well as the staff were available at all time and very helpfull. The cuisine was very delicious (don't hesitate to raise any allergies you might have). The villa is 20mins far from the medina which was practical. In resume we were happy we picked and booked this villa for our stay in Marrakech!

The love to others

Student, on summer, I work in the family hotels at continental Spain Canary Islands, at the front desk and as manager. For many years, my college studies have direct me to the social area developing my sense of hearing, my empathy, my initiative capacity, and the respect for human life. At the same time, the humanitarian missions - specifically creating projects-have lead me to the Congo, to Mexico, to Guatemala, to Guinea Listen, to Thailand, to Malaysia and... To Morocco.

Under the charm of the country, I moved definitely. After three years in Casablanca, I chose to return to the hotel and family tradition... the circle is complete!

And now, I put at your service the values of respect and accessibility in which I have invested with all those activities, I welcome you in five languages (French, English, Arabic, Spanish, and Dutch) so I can know how to make your stay the best one!

I fell in love with the traditional architecture of the house, its blooming garden, the beautiful landscape of mountains with snow which can be seen from the pool making an impressive contrast, its area, the peaceful setting, among others.

What makes this property unique

As I told before, the property is located in the middle of the Marrakesh countryside. We can see tractors, carts full of hay on both sides pulled by donkeys, farmers with straw hats, and herds of sheep.

The entire project is organic. A sustainable and rational approach has been applied since its beginnings. Morocco is a country of sun where water is precious. Therefore, water comes directly from a drilled well in the garden, and is heated by solar panels.

Additionally, to please your taste, to encourage the consumption of delicious regional products, and to support the local economy, the kitchen of the house has local products purchased primarily from the neighbour farmers, as well as 'organic' fruit and vegetables home-grown by Majid, our gardener.
