Great spot!

This was an excellent place to stay for our visit to Tamarindo. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was easy to get to the beach and restaurants.

Great location, condo needs major updates

The best thing about the condo is the location. It’s in a great spot for walkable restaurants and shopping. The condo itself needs some serious updates. It is very dated, everything from the furniture, cookware, towels and overall feel of the condo. The coffee maker didn’t work, there isn’t adequate cookware to prepare meals, limited glassware for drinks, no plastic containers or glasses. The towels are horrible - old, thin and grey versus the white they should be. Only 2 beach towels that were also bad, in a unit that sleeps 6. I asked for more and never received them. The mattresses are hard and need to be replaced, as do the pillows. The place just didn’t feel clean due to how outdated it was. For the amount of money we spent, it should’ve been nicer. Our friends stayed in a unit at the same complex and theirs was perfect. With some inexpensive updates, the place could be nice, but I’d never stay in this unit again.

Great location with beautiful views of ocean and pool

We would definitely stay in this unit again. It was walking distance to the beach and it was an area where you could do great surfing. There are many dirt roads with many large potholes in Tamarindo and fortunately you can stay on paved roads when accessing this unit. We loved the balcony which overlooked the pool and you could also see the beach. Gustavo was great with Vacasa. He was easily available by text or phone calls and quickly responded. I would have given 5 stars but the unit could use some painting and other updates. There was also a broken shower head that Gustavo planned to fix after our stay.

Great place to stay!

Perfect location, within walking distance of everything you could want: the beach is right across the street. Restaurants all around. The condo pool with waterfall is very nice!
