Very nice landlord. The location is great, in a few minutes you are on the fine sandy beach. Only the weather wasn't so good, but that shouldn't spoil the review. šŸ˜€

A great say for a family

The house was as described in the listing, the kitchen had all we needed and we where happy to find body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The property was clean with nice outdoor spaces. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear and the hosts were very supportive and took care of everything. The welcome bottle of wine was really good and a pleasant surprise. Overall a great stay for our family to relax and enjoy this beautiful area. .

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Es war einfach nahezu perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit jeder Menge Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und auch sonst hat es uns an nichts gemangelt. Francesco hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und stand uns bei Fragen direkt via WhatsApp zur VerfĆ¼gung. Wir waren im August fĆ¼r drei Wochen zu Gast in diesem schƶnen Ferienhaus. Alles war genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. In der KĆ¼che ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen und Backen benƶtigt. FĆ¼r die Kinder gab es reichlich Spielsachen, sowohl fĆ¼r den Strand als auch fĆ¼rs Haus. Generell ist die Ausstattung einfach sehr gut. Sogar einen Bollerwagen fanden wir im Haus vor.Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und war immer fĆ¼r uns da und hat uns regelmƤƟig mit Ausflugstipps und Infos rund um Bibione versorgt. Auch Ć¼ber die Flasche Wein bei Anreise haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r den schƶnen Urlaub! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

Ein sehr schƶnes sauberes kleines HƤuschen, ideal fĆ¼r Familien oder Freunde die flexibl sein wollen. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg und in der Anlage gibt es einen sehr sauberen Pool den man nutzen kann. Auch zu FuƟ ist man schnell im Zentrum. Wir wĆ¼rden es wieder so wƤhlen.

Unser Aufenthalt war leider kĆ¼rzer als gedacht, da die Kinder erkrankten.Die Wohnung bzw. das Ferienhaus selber liegt in einer ruhigen, sehr gut erreichbaren Lage. Es entspricht alles den Bildern. Die Wohnung hat alles, was eine Gamilie braucht, Uedem ein tolles Spieleangebot fĆ¼r drinnen und drauƟen. Francesco hatte uns auch FahrrƤder zur VerfĆ¼gung gestellt. F. War immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir eine Frage oder Problem hatten. Also er war wirklich prompt fĆ¼r uns da. Ein seht netter, herzlicher Mann, der perfekte Gastgeber.Danke dafĆ¼r nochmal. Alles war wunderbar. Besonders toll fanden wir 2 Flaschen mit gekĆ¼hltem Wasser im KĆ¼hlschrank bei der Ankunft bei 34 Grad!!! Es gab Sandspielzeug, BĆ¼cher zum Lesen, DVDs, Gesellschaftsspiele, sogar neue noch eingepackte SchwimmflĆ¼gel und aufblasbares Planschbecken. Coupons mit 50%Rabatt fĆ¼r Lunapark lagen auch genĆ¼gend da! Vor der EingangstĆ¼r wachsen Rosmarin, Minze und Salbei. Die haben wir beim Kochen genĆ¼tzt, war sehr lecker! Francesco war auch super nett und hilfsbereit. Hat uns geschrieben, dass es am Dienstag einen Markt gibt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Gastgeber super hilfsbereit erfĆ¼llt jeden Wunsch wenn es mƶglich ist und er selbst ist sehr nett, sympathisch und man kann ihm vollens vertrauen. Wir verlƤngertes und das war kein Problem. Nur unsere FahrrƤder waren teils sehr alt in seiner anderen Wohnung gibt es bessere vielleicht erneuern. Gemeinschaftspool mĆ¼sste die nƤchsten Jahre frisch gemacht bzw geflickt werden teils Fliesen ab. Und liegen sollten am pool erlaubt sein. Dies betrifft jedoch das ganze Feriendorf nicht nur unseren Vermieter. Wenn die Autos noch grĆ¶ĆŸer werden vielleicht bald neue Carports nƶtig. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und wie zuhause. Kommen bestimmt wieder. Strand ist wirklich nicht weit weg. 8 bis 10 Minuten zu FuƟ

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo grazioso appartamento una settimana. Appartamento molto pulito, presenza di tutto l indispensabile per il soggiorno. Klein aber fein.

Schƶne Wohnung Ć¼ber zwei Etagen. Sauber und gemĆ¼tlich. Der Francesco hat die Wohnung mit Liebe modern renoviert und mit Ikea Mƶbel ausgestattet. Eine zusƤtzliche Toilette wƤre mit Teenager im VorteilšŸ˜ aber ist kein muss. Etwas weiter von Zentrum entfernt, ca. 20 min zu FuƟ. Uns hat es aber nicht gestƶrt. Strand ist in ca. 10 Min zu FuƟ zu erreichen. Luna Park ist von der Wohnung nicht weit entfernt. Ruhige Lage ist eine kleine Dorfanlage wo auch ein gemeinschaftlicher Pool vorhanden ist. Im ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Scusami se ci permettiamo, ma cosa ti / vi ha spinto a scrivere una recensionecoai negativa, da una stella!? Proprio con comprendiamo il motivo! Siamo come sempre stati presenti dall'arrivo alla partenza per soddisfare ogni vostro desiderio e problema, anche e soprattutto riguardo la malattia dei vostri figli. Come sempre vi abbiamo consigliato su tutto, con una presenza completa e puntuale. Vi abbiamo suggerito spiagge libere, fornito ombrelloni, tende da spiaggia, giochi per i bambini, detersivi, pastiglie per lavastoviglie, sapone per la lavatrice,detergenti di qualitĆ , pulizie professionali e tutto il necessario per trascorrere delle splendide vacanze a Bibione. Era palese il vostro essere soddisfatti del servizio offerto, dal primo all'ultimo giorno. Biciclette in dotazione, monopattino, DVD multilingua, TV sat, clima, coperte e teli di ogni sorta e tanto altro pensiamo possano essere stati molto piĆ¹ che sufficienti per potervi far sentire a casa. Per non parlare della sicurezza data da cassetta pronto soccorso. rilevatori gpl, monossido di carbonio ed estintore. Ricordiamo inoltre l'avevi fatto accedere alla casa con 1 ora di anticipo rispetto al normale orario di check-in, evidenziato nel portale di Vrbo, mettendo come prioritĆ  la preparazione della vostra struttura. Ci aspettiamo ovviamente una vostra doverosa e motivata replica, nella speranza che ci sia stato un errore di compilazione del voto su vrbo, il quale, per inciso, ĆØ fonte per noi di soddisfazione, nonchĆ© stimolo a lavorare sempre con dedizione, sacrificio e passione.
