DO NOT BOOK this property it is in a general state of disrepair and very grubby. We had to stay there for one night as we had been travelling for 6 hours, however, we left the following morning for a hotel. The photographs on the website are misleading and are a misrepresentation of the actual conditions within the property. Trying to speak to anyone from Orange on their emergency number proved impossible, however, I was able to communicate through the app.I don’t even know where to begin with a true description of this property. The furniture is dilapidated and heavily stained, carpets are stained, the flooring is broken and even held together with tape, there is mould in a bedroom and a broken floorboard, which when stood on made the clothing rail fall over. The kitchen is dirty, oven filthy, blinds dirty, bedding and beds poor quality. We had to go out and purchase bedding and pillows just to get through the night.The kitchen utensils were unclean and inadequate, very small saucepans for a property that could accommodate 8, no colander, cheese on the cheese grater from a former occupant and we had to wash everything prior to using it.This property should not be on the rental market until it has been completely refurbished and a new cleaning company assigned. Cleaning alone will not rectify the many issues this property had. My advice, avoid at all costs.
