Living room with a fireplace and a large smart TV, opening onto a porch with a glass-top and wrought-iron table, foosball, and direct access to the patio, where you can enjoy a magnificent BBQ as well as the stone-edged pool. Outside the house, a trampoline, lounge chairs, and a lawn area will make any stay a delight. Up to 2 cars can be parked on the front porch. The house features a child safety barrier facing the pool.
