This lovely beach house, 134m2, is everything you want for a wonderful holiday, located just a few steps from the beach.

The Manilva City Council has, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA's Special Drought Plan, decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on October 1, 2023, due to the severe shortage of water caused by the drought. Unfortunately, this means that the pools must be kept closed until further notice.

This beautiful beach house is located just a few steps from the beach in Playa Paraíso de Manilva. The house availability is for 8 guests.

All rooms have central air conditioning for cool evenings. On the ground floor, you step right out to the garden with an outdoor dining table and direct access to the sea. The elegant living room with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi, which covers the whole house, is next to the fully equipped modern open-style kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals with a sea view.

On the first floor, you have two bedrooms and a small living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a bunk bed, and the other bedroom has a king-size bed with panoramic sea views. The small living room with a sofa bed overlooks the garden and pool area.

On the second floor, you have the large bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom and terrace with a panoramic view of the sea.

Only 5 meters to the beach in Playa Paraíso in Manilva with two beach restaurants in the area.

This beach house is perfect for up to eight guests who also have access to a nice shared pool area.

This is something that those responsible for society are solely responsible for, such as: Opening hours and availability for indoor/outdoor pools/gym/sauna/spa/parking in the area/ water pressure/padel courts or construction work in the area.
