This newly produced apartment, 130m2, in the Pure South area of Manilva has everything you could wish for for a wonderful holiday.
Manilva City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on 1st of October 2023 due the eminent shortage of water caused by drought.This unfortunately means that the pools must be kept closed until a new notice is given.

The community also have a shared family room with a pool table and a gym.
In the area there is a large playground and outdoor gym. Around the corner of the area there is a large park with an additional playground and large grass areas for picnics.
For the golfer, there are several golf courses nearby that will suit all levels with everything from Duquesa Golf, Valderrama, Finca Cortesin to Duquesa or Estepona Golf Club.
