Beyond the spacious 35m² terrace with open sea views, a landscaped garden of 30m². The east / south exposure allows from 5 p.m. the summer to benefit from an appreciable softness by the shade which replaces the sun.
The apartment is very functional benefiting from all modern equipment including reversible air conditioning and internet (fiber) This part helps to offset the freshness of the ends of the season in the evenings
The collective swimming pool is added to the proximity of the beach located at 1km either 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.
The nearest town, Estepona 10Mn very pleasant with shops and restaurants in a rather Spanish environment, flamenco is never far away. We are 30 minutes from Gibraltar and 50 minutes from Malaga
Immediately the shops located 5 minutes by car offer an active local life all year round between summer visitors and traditional Spain. Inside our village Casarès at 10KM is one of the very attractive white villages that you can discover
