We are Ian and Louise and are offering an alternative to a traditional villa rental to make this a 'Villa experience without the Villa price tag', so a more affordable and laid back option for couples, families and solo travelers.
Villa Sandarra is a beautiful villa set over 4 floors with a private enclosed pool area. It is located in the peaceful Kalamar Bay area. Just a 20 minute walk into the Centre of Kalkan Old Town, but with access to local bars, restaurants and supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Most restaurants also offer a Take Away and delivery service for those evenings where guests prefer a relaxed evening in. We will be available to provide any help with arranging if required.
For backpackers and hikers, Villa Sandarra is ideally located within walking distance to the Lycian Way-route to Patara.
We, the owners will be on site on the floor above, to prepare breakfast, ensure the cleanliness of the Villa and pool and be on hand for any assistance guests may need, but will of course leave guests in peace to enjoy their holiday. Our friendly dog and two shy cats will be in residence making the villa an ideal place for animal lovers to stay.
There is plenty of sunbathing space around the pool and a newly landscaped garden area gives the garden a tropical feel. There is also a large outdoor dining area and comfortable sofa area.
On the top floor, there is a stunning roof terrace with Turkish seating area, swing and sun loungers affording breathtaking sea views. There is a small kitchen area on this floor with sink and kettle.
The open plan air conditioned lounge area is available for guest use with large smart tv and a downstairs shower room. Books and a range of DVDs are also available at the Villa. Laundry facilities are available on request and there is shared use of iron and ironing board.

We are looking to rent out 2 double en suite rooms located on the first floor of the Villa on a Bed and Breakfast basis. Both have new air con units for those warm evenings. Breakfast will be a Turkey style buffet breakfast.
If both rooms are booked together, in effect you will have exclusive access to the pool and living areas. If one room booked, you will be sharing the communal spaces with just one other set of guests. (A third, single bedroom can be available on the next floor upon request- but please note this is not en suite).
Both spacious double bedrooms have built in wardrobes and either smart TV or TV with firestick. The rooms have new sliding patio doors with stunning sea views and a balcony area for sitting and relaxing. The third single room has its own small private balcony with table and chairs with side sea view.
