We would like to say the house keeper was diligent. While property management was responsive it was unpleasant while on vacation to need to contact daily over items that should have been ready for rent. Property is instagram ready but lacks function for guests. Main house Needs… ◦ Pool cloudy when arrived & dirty always. Not usable which pay premium for. Cleaned on last morning : ( ◦ Doors that lock - guests carried passports everywhere. ◦ cushions to sit on porch bench - no common comfortable sitting area for large group. ◦ Had to ask twice for drinking water ◦ Fire alarm going off Tues Master bedroom ◦ Safe needs to be bolted down to be effective. ◦ Remote for fan missing Bathrooms ◦ Toilet paper holders ◦ Toilet paper ◦ Wasn’t enough towels (hand, bath, beach & kitchen towels ) ◦ Blinds for shower so washroom can be used ◦ Hooks or towel bars ◦ Bathroom (actually all) no door knobs to help shut doors) ◦ Outdoor Hopkinsville in shower ◦ Outdoor shower ledge for shampoo maybe bench for shaving ◦ More hooks for towels esp master ◦ Soap at all sinks ◦ Bathrooms no place to put toiletries. ◦ Bathroom counters still plywood Queen bedroom ◦ floor lamp doesn’t work & most of the outlets do not work ◦ Exposed electrical wire on wall ◦ Happy to see firearms mostly.
