Great condo!

This is an excellent property. The condo is clean, has a nice lay out and is perfectly located to many golf courses, baseball games, restaurants, walking paths, shopping and anything else you would want to do. Liked that the condo was so close to the pool area. Owners have taken care of the property and were very helpful. We hope to rent again. We highly recommend this condo. We stayed the month of March.

Great for R & R

We actually booked a property farther south but had to move due to unexpected renovations. Found this property and was able to check in the day after booking. Very clean and comfortable. Also very quiet. We sat and read during the day with the French doors to the patio open. So pleasant. Would stay here again.

5-Star Stay - Highly Recommended

I stayed at this property for 3 months this summer, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Tempe. The property was clean, well-maintained, and even better than the photos. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Location was great too - central location only about 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Close to several golf courses and tourist destinations. The condo itself had all the amenities I could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen, tv's with streaming in each room, pool/exercise area right outside the condo, comfortable beds, and much more. Can't wait to return for another stay!

Cannot say enough good things about this place!!

Everything about this rental was perfect. My wife and I just spent a week here and commented to each other multiple times a day how happy we were with our accommodations. The location, the neighborhood, neighborsn the pool, how well stocked and outfitted the place is, the comfort, the cleanliness, the owners communication and help, just everything, wasall Supreme! We will definitely look for this units availability first anytime we return to the area.

Beautiful & Spacious Condo w/Nice View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed and comfortable condo. There were just two of us, but another couple would have fit comfortably, as the layout is two bedrooms (one is a full master suite) located on opposite sides of the unit, each with their own bathroom. We also enjoyed the view of the pool and close proximity of the workout room.

Excellent property. The unit is in great shape. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. Very convenient location next to the pool area. Great location and amenities

Centrally located to what we needed. Close to hiking. Great view of pool area from balcony although too cold to swim. Very clean and included washer/dryer, tennis rackets and balls to play at the on-site courts. Owners were prompt with responses to questions. They even included a nice welcome note and a bottle of wine upon arrival. We didn't need to worry about anything while there as it was all included. A nice touch was hand sanitizer and spray cleaner were left for our use. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband Chris and I have been vacationing in Arizona for the past 8 years and enjoy the sunny & warm weather in this area known as "The Valley of the sun." We live in an area where one experiences colder temperatures during the winter months & more inclement weather. Our stay in Tempe Arizona, allows us to enjoy the many outdoor activities this area offers, especially our love of golf.

Why they chose this property

Since we have been coming to Tempe annually, we thought it prudent to purchase a unit we can use more frequently. Our location in Tempe, couldn't be better. We are 10 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbour Airport, in close proximity to The Chicago Cubs Spring Training Facility, Scottsdale, Shopping, Dining, Hiking & Walking trails and many golf courses. From this location, one can also entertain day trips to the various & unique sights Arizona has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The location of our unit is supreme, as the suite boasts a magnificent view from the balcony which overlooks the large pool, hot tub & tennis court . The unit actually has a view of most of the Recreation amenities.
This is a 5 star location that will keep you wanting to come back "year-after-year !"
