The villa is located a stone\'s throw (about 30 meters) from the fine, white sandy expanse of Spiaggiabella, with vast free areas and some beaches (music/cocktails/bars). You are in the “Bosco e Paludi Di Rauccio” natural park area where you can organize cycling tours and close to the “Idume basin” lake. You will find all the main services (bar, newsagent, tobacconist, pharmacy) in the nearby Torre Chianca (a couple of minutes by car).
