Modern, comfortable purpose built self-contained ground floor annex for one in a quiet cul-de-sac. Fast Wi-Fi. Only 5 minutes’ walk to the theatre, city centre and cathedral, and a maximum of 15 mins walk to the university, hospital and bus/railway station. Number 60 bus stop nearby, direct to West Dean College. Local convenience store (7am-10pm) a stone’s throw away. Bike available. Lockbox for keys to check in/check out. Check in after 2pm, check out before 11am (may be flexible).
The space
Double shower room, kitchen with oven, 2 ring hob, microwave, full sized fridge, table and chairs, living/bed area with built in wardrobe and cupboard, fast WiFi, TV, single bed, desk, tub chair, bedside table.
Light reducing concertina blinds to windows and door, automatic velux window and blackout blind. Washing machine/tumble drier available to use in main house for longer stay guests. Parking free on street 5pm-9am and weekends (or room on the drive if you have a small car).
Guest access
Self-contained annex which opens onto a secluded, pretty side garden which is for your use.

I have a spare bike available for guests.
