Situated on the first floor (with a lift) of a modern apartment building the apartment comfortably sleeps four. Inside the property enjoys an open-plan living space which is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a large digital flat-screen HDTV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

Outside, guests can relax on the terrace, which is furnished with two comfortable chairs and an additional dining table. This area is accessible through large glass doors, providing a natural al fresco extension to the internal space.

Bedroom 1: The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed and a large wardrobe. This room also enjoys French doors that open onto a Juliet balcony.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed with a single pull-out and a small desk. This room also enjoys access to the terrace through large glass doors.

Location

The apartment is situated in the hamlet of Mombello, a 7-minute drive from the port of Laveno Mombello where visitors will find ferries operating to Verbania, Stresa, Intra, and the Borromean Islands. The closest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away and the beautiful lakeside monastery ‘Santra Caterina del Sasso’ a 7-minute drive away.

Visitors seeking total relaxation can head to one of the nearby lakeside beaches including Guree Beach (a 10-minute drive), the pretty family-friendly beach of Reno (a 7-minute drive) or Arolo Beach (an 8-minute drive).

The marina in Laveno Mombello (a 7-minute drive) also offers water taxis, recreational boating activities and a picturesque waterfront promenade lined with cafes, restaurants, shops and gelaterias. The town is also famous for its cable car, the \"Funivia del Lago Maggiore,\" (an 8-minute drive) which takes visitors up to Mount Sasso del Ferro.
