APPARTAMENTO A 900 METRI DAL LAGO MAGGIORE

pochi passi dal centro, per arrivare in meno di 10', a piedi, al lago o al noto budello commerciale di Via Cavour, oppure prendere il treno (in un'ora si arriva a Milano) o salire alla Rocca e gustarsi il Lago Maggiore dall'alto.
L'appartamento é stato completamente rimesso a nuovo, con arredamento semplice e funzionale. E' una casa indipendente, anche ritinteggiata esternamente a giugno 2022, dove sono stati ricavati due appartamenti ad uso locazione turistica.
La via é a senso unico, molto tranquilla, ed é facile parcheggiare.
In pochi chilometri tante belle località e attrazioni turistiche da vedere e nell'arco di 10 km. ben tre ingressi autostradali.

Cozy and convenient to everything around Arona.

It was very clean, convenient location. Host was very accommodating, waited for us to give us the apartment information! (We were delayed at airport with lost luggage issue). Loved our stay in Arona!

Lovely time here. Lots of room- more that the pictures show especially with the bedrooms. Apartment is finished off to a really nice quality. We could walk into the main centre in 10mins so great location

The property was clean and tidy for our arrival. Franco, the owner’s communications were most polite and always clear instructions. Sehr saubere und große Wohnung mit neuer, moderner Ausstattung. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine erleichtern den Urlaub! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Franco war unkompliziert. Franco ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der gut erreichbar ist! Check-In mittels Schlüsselbox war prima! See ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Arona ist als Urlaubsort zu empfehlen, da es viel Gastronomie und eine schöne, lange Promenade gibt.

Schöne große Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geräumig . Ausstattung war hervorragend. Alles da , was man benötigt . Lage war mit zwei Kindern in Ordnung allerdings viel zu laufen um an den See zu gelangen . Mit bollerwagen oder Kinderwagen allerdings kein Problem . Sauberkeit war soweit in Ordnung . Ein paar Spinnweben und der Boden war leider nicht gewischt . Aber sonst alles zum putzen da und eine schöne Einrichtung . Sogar Ventilatoren waren vorhanden .

Schöne gut gelegene Wohnung

Große, saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einem Wohngebiet in Arona, ca. 10 Min zum Wasser und in den Ortskern. Check-in problemlos. Wir haben die Woche dort sehr genossen, Arona hat auch einen guten Bahnanschluss z.B. an Mailand. In der Tat wären 4 Stühle und ein etwas größerer Tisch auf dem Balkon gut.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in einer schönen Wohnung. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln, was aber keine wirklichen Einschränkungen waren. Z.B. hätte ich mir einen größeren Tisch mit mehr Stühlen auf dem Balkon gewünscht, um auch mal draußen zu frühstücken oder die Kaffeemaschine war halt nicht der "deutdche Standart" sondern eine Mokkakanne für den Herd. Oder ein größeres Messer und eine Brett um mal etwas aufzuschneiden hat ebenfalls gefehlt. In den ersten Tagen konnten wir leider auch kein fernsehen schauen, da es keine deutschen Programme gab, aber Franco hat sich bemüht und dann hatten wir doch noch 2 Tage das Vergnügen. Was uns den Urlaub wirklich vermiest hat, wofür aber keiner etwas kann, waren die Stechmücken. Also auf jeden Fall Fliegenklatsche und Mückenspray.... mitnehmen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage / Bellissimo appartamento per le vacanze in una buona posizione

Für unserer Sommerferien in Arona haben wir dieses sehr gut ausgestattete und gute gelegene Appartement ausgesucht, und waren sehr zufrieden! Zimmer, Küche / Wohnraum und Bäder sind neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber, alles macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Übergabe der Wohnung durch Franco und seine Tochter war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm - vielen herzlichen Dank für den sehr freundlichen Empfang! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, sowohl für die Erkundigung von Arona zu Fuss, als auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, und wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen wieder nach Arona zu kommen! Nochmal Danke an Franco! *** Per le nostre vacanze estive ad Arona abbiamo scelto questo appartamento molto ben attrezzato e ben posizionato e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Le camere, la cucina/soggiorno e i bagni sono arredati di recente e molto puliti, tutto dà un'impressione molto curata. La consegna dell'appartamento da parte di Franco e sua figlia è stata molto semplice e piacevole - grazie per l'accoglienza molto amichevole! L'appartamento è molto ben posizionato, sia per esplorare Arona a piedi che per fare escursioni nei dintorni. È stata una vacanza di successo a tutto tondo e possiamo benissimo immaginare di tornare ad Arona! Grazie ancora a Franco!

Schöne Wohnung in Arona

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom See entfernt an einer wenig befahrenen Quartierstrasse. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und für 4-5 Personen sehr zu empfehlen.

Buenos anfitriones

Franco y su hija fueron encantadores y muy atentos. Llegamos en un horario complicado para buscar sitio donde comer y Franco se preocupó de buscarnos y reservar un sitio cercano. Le pedimos una tostadora y nos la acercó por la tarde. Como punto negativo he de decir que anda un poco escaso de menaje en la cocina y le faltan muchos detalles que estoy segura irán supliendo poco a poco.

Grand appartement à côté de tout

Nous avons passé une semaine idéale en famille avec nos 3 enfants. L'appartement est impeccable et au calme légèrement excentré de la ville que l'on gagne par seulement 10 mn de march à pied. On apprécie sa grande terrasse sur toute la longueur de la façade et la facilité de stationnement. De cet emplacement on peut accéder directement au lac d'Orta, se dirigerez vers la partie nord, contourner par le sud le lac ou tout simplement prendre le bateau ou encore le train. On vous le conseille.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir buchten mit einer befreundeten Familie spontan einen Trip an den Lago Maggiore. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Die Altstadt und zum Hafen sind in 15 min fußläufig erreichbar, mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Shops. Ein guter Badestrand war in 4,5 km zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es sowohl am See und vor dem Haus ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist neu und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht sehr hochwertig und neu aus und ist gut ausgestattetet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter und seine Tochter waren sehr freundlich und haben gerne Tipps zu lokalen Restaurant und Bademögichkeiten gegeben. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert und war angenehm. Wir konnten uns jederzeit zu Problemen oder Fragen melden. Top Unterkunft, top Urlaub.
