Spacious lower level of a house on a large block of land in the steep upper reaches of the village. Worked well for an extended international multigenerational family. Lovely secure pool. Gracious hosts.

Wonderful hosts and a beautiful spotless property!! The pool was fabulous, of which we had sole use. Incredibly discreet owners, we’ll definitely be back!!! Only downside was the mosquitoes who took a liking to my wife and I!!! 😂😂

Le logement est vraiment trés bien et trés grand avec ses 3 belles chambres, dont une trés belle suite parentale. Cuisine et séjour au top. L'extérieur est génial avec 3 terrasses, la grande piscine, terrain de pétanque. Les propriétaires sont hyper accueillants et d'une grande gentillesse. La région est formidable. Nous recommandons sans problème

Ruhige Lage nicht weit von Nizza, Cannes und Monaco mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist geräumig (wir waren 6 Personen) und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war immer ein Erlebnis, auf das wir uns nach den Ausflügen gefreut haben. WLAN ist vorhanden.

Excellent séjour sur l'arrière pays Niçois

Hébergement très propre avec toutes les commodités. Des propriétaires très disponibles mais très discrets. Photos conformes à ce que vous aurez en arrivant. Situé à 30 min de Nice. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette location. Parfait!

Im Inserat stand „ Ganzes Ferienhaus „ was nicht der Wahrheit entsprach. Die Eigentümer wohnen im oberen Teil der Villa. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir diese nicht gebucht. Wir hatten dadurch nicht die Privatssphäre die wir erhofft hatten. Morgens wurden wir durch die Eigentümer Geweckt, da sie sehr laut waren. Ein Whirlpool wie in der Beschreibung stand, gab es auch nicht. gewec

En toute quiétude

Gérard et sa femme vivent sur place et nous ont très bien accueillis. Leur présence est très discrète car nous ne les avons vus qu'à l'arrivée et au départ. La maison est placée sur les hauteurs de Nice, dans les montagnes, et le coin piscine nous offre une vue sur ce joli coin. La maison est impeccablement propre et fort bien équipée. Les pièces sont spacieuses et lumineuses et la literie confortable. Nous étions 4 adultes, 1 ado et 3 enfants et chacun y a trouvé sa place! Je recommande vivement les vacances chez Gérard et sa femme pour une parenthèse de tranquillité à quelques pas de l'effervescence des belles villes de la côte d'Azur.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette très belle propriété. La maison est très propre et très bien équipée. La piscine est grande avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils, très accueillants et donnant des conseils précieux concernant les belles choses à voir dans les environs! Beautiful property in quiet area with fantastic pool

We spent 2 weeks at Gerard's beautiful spacious and peaceful property. Everything is well maintained and very clean. Although Gerard and Marie live on site they are very discreet and you rarely see them unless you need something when they are always pleased to help - using Google Translate and my schoolgirl French from many years ago! The kitchen is well stocked with quality crockery/glasses and the all important coffee machine and dishwasher. The shops are a 5 min drive away down quite steep roads but traffic is very light and it was never an issue for us. The views from the house and pool are stunning - you can see the sea from the pool area. There are many hilltop villages around with bars and restaurants and tiny streets to explore. My daughter and her boyfriend cycled miles every morning up and down the mountains and loved every minute - especially a refreshing dip in the pool afterwards. All in all we had a wonderful relaxing holiday and will definitely return.

Une superbe semaine de vacances à Gattières pour 6 jeunes adultes ! C'était notre 1e expérience de location entre amis... et nous ne regrettons rien ! Cadre calme et agréable... aucun vis à vis et belle vue ! Maison fonctionnelle et spacieuse, d'une propreté impeccable ! Nombreux espaces extérieurs et terrasses tout équipés, piscine entretenue, jeux à disposition, BBQ récent et pratique, présence de garages couverts... Les propriétaires sont adorables, bienveillants et nous ont très bien renseigné ... un grand merci à eux ! Je recommande tout à fait ! Marie, Gérard, merci encore et au plaisir ;-)

nous avons passé 2 belles semaines de vacances. Gîte bien entretenu, très bien équipé, piscine très agréable avec vue magnifique. Traumhaus in Traumlage

Alles war einfach perfekt, das Haus groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, die Lage in den Bergen über Nizza wunderschön, ruhig und trotzdem alles gut zu erreichen, der Pool einfach traumhaft und die Vermieter hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Schitterende vakantie

Mooi appartement op de gelijkvloerse verdieping. Eigenaars wonen boven maar die laten zich niet zien. Ze zijn er wel als je ze nodig hebt. Het zijn heel vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Alles aanwezig op het appartement en zwembad is mooi en verzorgd. Je hebt wel een auto nodig want de villa ligt hoog in de bergen en het is er best steil. Heel het verlof was fijn. Met kleine kinderen wel oppassen met het zwembad want het is behoorlijk diep.

Un cadre magnifique pour des vacances au top

Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances très agréable avec 2 grands ados. La maison est lumineuse, spacieuse, bien équipée (cuisine, linge de lit et linge de maison) et très propre. Nous avons surtout apprécié la terrasse couverte (celle avec le barbecue) où nous prenions tous nos repas. Environnement très calme. La piscine est magnifique, idéale pour jeux et longueurs. Les propriétaires sont prévenants mais discrets, tout le bas de la propriété nous est réservé avec une entrée et parking indépendant. A l'arrivée, j'ai été un peu surprise par la route (ça grimpe sec sur le dernier kilomètre !) mais on s'habitue vite. Commerces à proximité (voiture), bien située pour visiter la région (côte Nice, Antibes, et l'arrière pays). Merci pour ce beau séjour.
