The house is heated with natural gas and there is hot water all day, while for cooling during the summer months there is an air conditioner. Also, the apartment has a washing machine.

The living room of the apartment is comfortable, bright and gives the perfect atmosphere for beautiful moments of relaxation. In addition, there is a smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite series and movies.

The bedroom has a brand new and comfortable mattress for restful and quality sleep.
