The house has 4 bedrooms including a master suite with its own bathroom, a large living room with its aperitif/tea area, a dining room and a large kitchen.
The house is surrounded by a large plot of land of more than one hectare with a terrace overlooking the sea.
You will also have access to a central enclosed area out of sight to fully enjoy the outdoors without being seen!

Traveler access
You will be welcomed by the Conciergerie Patard de l'île d'Aix, who will also help you have a pleasant stay.

Comfort pack
Our service of a house ready for your arrival: the beds will be made, you will have two bath towels per adult and one per child, cleaning will be done on your arrival and departure and you will have a kit for start your stay (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets & dishwashing liquid);
