This cozy cottage is located on the shore of Lake Säljen. Here you can experience the best of the Småland countryside in a wonderfully rustic setting. The cottage is a log cabin, which gives it a wonderfully cozy atmosphere but does not provide the same insulation and wall thickness as more modern constructions. However, this is not important during the summer months, and on colder days, the stove keeps you warm. Here, you really have the opportunity to experience the Småland countryside up close, both through this charming accommodation and the surrounding nature, where you can enjoy hiking or cycling in the beautiful surroundings. The house consists of a ground floor with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and toilet. Upstairs, up a fairly steep staircase, you will find the second floor where the beds are located. Here there is a sloping ceiling, so the ceiling is low, but there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Just a stone's throw from the house is the lake with a cozy bathing area and the boat dock with the boat that is included when you rent the cottage. The cottage is located on the owner's farm, so the plot is shared. The owners run the company Fyrhjulingsupplevelser (Quad Bike Experiences) and can offer quad biking at an extra cost. They organize events, adventure safaris, and various group activities. Please note that this cottage has a separate toilet instead of a regular toilet.
