About this property

A skier's dream come true! We are an easy walking distance from the Steamboat Resort base area and Steamboat's world-renowned 'Champagne Powder' slopes. With gorgeous views of the Steamboat Resort Ski area, as well as Emerald Mountain, our luxury townhome condominium combines sharp mountain architecture with urban styled space in an awesome location. Our private hot tub is a perfect way to celebrate an awesome day on the slopes.

This home is uniquely attractive and well maintained: Our home is decorated with top-of-the-line furnishings and linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and flat-screen Smart HDTVs to view in every bedroom. The Blackhawk Townhomes are on the city bus route, and have easy access to the Yampa Core Trail bike bath, with the amenities of Gondola Square just a few blocks away. Unlimited activities are just outside your doorstep.

Our 4 Bedrooms include the Primary Bedroom/Bathroom, two Queen Bedrooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and the Kid's Bunk Room with it's own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. We have a 4k Smart TV above the fireplace.

Fantastic Place and Service

This is the third time that we rented this house and each time it’s been fantastic. The manager is super responsive, the place is really nice and spacious, and the location near the bottom of the Steamboat is amazing. I give this place 5 stars across the board.

Great experience

We had a great stay. The townhouse was spacious and nicely furnished. David, our host, couldn’t have been more accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great trip to Steamboat Springs!

A group of us visited for a week to ski steamboat springs and had a great time. The condo was clean, fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms, and David was very responsive and communicated well. The house is a 5 - 10 min walk to the gondola, and is an easy walk on a sidewalk. There is a free bus system to take you downtown and go to city market. You don't need a car. Would definitely stay again. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful home, very comfortable for a group of friends! Great location. Enjoyed the hot tub, large dining room, comfortable beds. Would stay here again!

Awesome Location!

We loved staying at this property for our family christmas vacation! Very spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was located within walking distance to the gondola and close to everything we needed. A very charming area to stay. Davids suggestions were spot on and he was available for any questions or concerns we had! Would highly recommend staying here!

Why they chose this property

Walking distance to the Gondola and private hot tub! It isn't ski-in, ski-out, but the short walk is much easier than bothering with busses and shuttles!

You can't get much closer to the Gondolas than the Blackhawk Lofts! There's plenty of room for the whole family - whether that means spending time together or napping after a long day of skiing!
