Three guys (hikers, seniors) stayed 5 nights at this property and found that it met and exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, well equipped and close to downtown (a short drive). We particularly enjoyed sitting on the comfortable deck in the late afternoon. Highly recommended.

There were a few issues with the property, but they were addressed by the management company in a timely manner. The place was in a very convenient location! It was so easy to get to everything. Very spacious and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals.

Perfect weekend away!

Annual friends trip! The house was perfect to host dinners at night. Perfect place for a group and easy access to the mountain. The beds were very comfortable!

What really stood out was how well the place worked for a group. The view was fantastic and something we enjoyed every day. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and made it easy to cook big meals together without missing anything. The kids’ bedroom was a huge plus too. It was the perfect space to put all the kids together which made the rest of the house feel calm and comfortable.

great stay

we had a great time every thing about the trip was great, parking was the only issue we had two cars but if the neighbor parked right in front of thier garage it was almost impossable to get out

Awesome home!

This house was so fun for my bachelorette party! Comfortably fit 15 of us and we loved how there were so many different areas to hang out in within the home. Great location, super easy walk in to town. I would definitely book this place again whenever I want to host a large group in Steamboat!

Great large home

This was a great home for our family reunion everyone had room to sleep and places to hang out. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table. It’s close enough to walk wherever you would like to, town, botanical gardens, rodeo grounds. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent stay!

This house is exactly as described!! Plenty of space for a large group to spread out and be comfortable! Beautiful gourmet kitchen with everything you could need. 6 minute drive to town and steamboat resort, bus line 0.5 miles down the road. Would defiantly stay again!!

Spacious and accommodating

Wonderful home with lots of space for couples to spread out. We also couldn't get over how well-stocked the kitchen was, which is a rarity in some rental properties. Close to both the town and mountain which was convenient.

A Great Weekend in Steamboat

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Beds were very comfortable. Saw a fox walking through the open space in the back and a small creek running behind. Lovely!

Steamboat Paradise

We originally had 11 people scheduled but 2 could not make it at the last minute. The vacation home is absolutely gorgeous. We could have used more towels-hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and more Kleenex and toilet paper. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Nice, roomy modern house convenient to Steamboat

Excellent experience. House is clean, modern, and large and a 3 minute drive from downtown Steamboat. Well stocked with the essentials. Large house with separate upstairs and lower level that is ideal for rental by 2 families.
