The property location was great and the home was very clean. The living space was very accommodating to the 8 of us and we enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen area. Everything in the home was well kept and in good shape. Unfortunately, the price was very expensive!! But that may have been because it was over a holiday weekend.

Great place to stay

Great location, excellent service and we had a great time. Many thanks to the owners and the rental company for assisting with some of the questions and issues we had and also providing an excellent place to stay. Would recommend.

Perfect Steamboat spot

The location is perfect. Close to the restaurants downtown and only 5-10 mins to the ski resort. We stayed with two families.

Valentines and Presidents Day Weekend

Wonderful property for our family, which included adults and a child. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the spaciousness of the house, and the location.

Well-run rental in convenient location

This house is run by an organization that could not be more responsive and flexible (a pretty rare combination). They allowed us to check in early, and the checkin process was seamless. The house was well-equipped with all kitchen items and appliances and good linens and towels. The only thing missing was a TV. There is a projector from which you can stream a few streaming services, but the sound is awful. We just found it strange that there was not a regular TV in the entire house. The layout, rooms and finishes were perfect and could easily accommodate a group of 8-10 family members. We will be back, and will bring proper cables to stream from our device to the projector.

I booked this house and impressed all my friends. We do the Steamboat Marathon every June and this was perfect for our group of eight. “This place is great!” “Wow, it’s so comfortable.” “We’re staying here next year.” It can be a lot of pressure picking a place for your group and I felt so validated that they were all happy with this choice. Beautiful home with a well equipped kitchen (we made a huge homemade pasta dinner), plenty of space to spread out (could’ve easily added a couple more people), and a great patio for outdoor dining (and hot tubbing). Walking distance to downtown if you’re up for a a big hill.
