This gorgeous updated townhome features thoughtful mountain decor throughout and offers privacy for large and small groups. An enviable location, EagleRidge Landing backs up to the private neighborhood green space, is right by the pool & hot tubs, and has gorgeous views throughout. Your group will enjoy the high-end kitchen, two lounge areas with plenty of room to spread out (great for the adults and kids) and four spacious bedrooms. EagleRidge Landing is the perfect location for your next retreat to Steamboat.

Walk into luxury as you enter this townhome and enjoy the open living and dining room area with large vista windows & vaulted ceilings. Head upstairs to the Primary King Suite with an oversized ensuite bathroom, hotel-style luxury linens and walk-in closet. Also on the upper level, find the Second King Suite with ensuite bathroom. Need some space? Enjoy the two downstairs bedrooms, lower level lounge area, and a shared full bathroom. Get outside on one of the two decks and grill out, relax in the oversized furniture and soak in the gorgeous views and Colorado air. Just outside your door, pick up the walking path to the Steamboat Ski Area or walk just 25 steps over to the community pool (open seasonally), hot tubs, fitness center, and group fire pit. For an added amenity, enjoy central air conditioning on the top two levels all summer long!

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on upper level, Queen bedroom on lower level, and two Twin beds in the Twin bedroom on lower level. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Great Time in Steamboat

Very comfortable and well-appointed lodging. The kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything needed to prepare meals for 7 to 10 people. The property management team is very attentive beginning prior to our stay and while we were there. We would recommend to others.

Steamboat Eagle Ridge Landing

The building and grounds were great. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and the central location is great for all the activities in the area. In addition to the property being great the communication from the property management group was top notch answering all our questions and reaching out leading up to our trip and instantly responding when we had any questions. I would highly recommend this property and this rental group.

My family and I really enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday in this large condo. It was very comfortable and had all the cooking amenities we needed. We appreciated the quick shuttle service to the ski resort as well as to town. Not many people were staying in the village at the time so we had the hot tubs to ourselves. Overall it was an awesome trip and wouldn't hesitate to stay in Eagles Landing again!

Great unit and was well stocked with TP, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, coffee filters and kitchen utensils which is a big plus. Great location, only thing that could have been better was the hot tub gate was padlocked on our end so we had to walk around and very few of hot tub jets were functioning. It was also not very hot at times. Shuttle was great. I'd stay there again - thanks!

Overall this condo was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well provisioned for number of guests. We were quite warm during our stay and even with the thermostats turned off we were uncomfortable at times with the heat and dryness, although we did use the humidifiers which were a welcome touch. We had a party of 7 adults and one baby. There were not enough seats for all of us to gather together in the upstairs living area. I realize that the area did not really allow for additional seating, and there is a separate living area on the first floor. The condo was very clean and we appreciate the starter items and welcome gifts. The location was very convenient.

Girls Retreat

We came to Steamboat and stayed with Steamboat Lodging Company at EagleRidge Landing for a girls retreat this fall and loved it. It was the perfect amount of space for our group of 6 ladies. We try to get together every fall in a new mountain town and we fell in love with Steamboat. This home is close to the mountain and has lots of things around it you can walk to including a cute grocery store/coffee shop called Wild Plum. We loved the neighborhood pool & hot tub and even roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. Inside, the kitchen was stocked and we cooked dinner at home 2 of our 4 nights. The bedding felt clean and new and it was nice to have fans in each room. Mountain feeling throughout and overall, a great spot to spend time in while in Steamboat. Make sure to chat with Jake at Steamboat Lodging Company about his favorite restaurants!

Great property and location, well stocked

This townhome is well stocked with quality appointments. Overall it was a great stay but it's time for the owners to invest in AC for it to be a truly viable summer rental for the rates they charge and the value of the property. It's a fantastic property and it's in great shape with high end finishes, I lived in the mountains for many years and fully understand that AC was not always a necessity--for many towns that has changed in the last decade. A property of this quality and this price should not have the heat issues it has during the really warm days. I realize it's not an issue everyday but it got into the mid/upper eighties while we were there and it was difficult to moderate the internal temperatures especially upstairs. It got cool at night but managing the fans to get good air flow in and out was an ongoing battle to get the place cooled down after the heat of the afternoon. The days when it was literally 3 or 4 degrees cooler in the late afternoon meant that it was overall very pleasant so again, it may only be an issue on a small percentage of days in the summer but a property of this quality shouldn't require you to fight those battles--it's time for the owners to step up and make the investment in a split system, there should be more than enough equity to borrow from with what has happened to property values in the area in the last couple of years. Other than that, it was amazing. The kitchen is equipped with high quality stuff, cooking there and big meals with family are a joy. The community pool was amazing for the kids, location was great as well with a walking path down to Wild Plum Market and the base area. Would absolutely recommend unless it's the hottest time of the summer, then it's a bit of a roll of the dice unless you're not sensitive to the heat at all.
