Your next heavenly vacation awaits at Snowflake Haven - a four bedroom, three and a half bath townhome nestled in the mountains just 1/2 a mile from the Steamboat Ski Resort. Built for large groups, this is a great place for family reunions, group vacations, and luxury getaways.
Looking for a vacation home that's close to the mountain but offers an abundance or privacy? Snowflake Haven features sought after privacy since it's the end townhome in the complex. Park your two cars in the oversize garage with an electric car charger (additional parking available) and drop off all your gear before walking into the mud room. Check out the oversized living room with an open floor plan so you can chat with the check in the high-end kitchen or the kiddos at the dinner table or breakfast bar. Step out onto the private main level deck to have dinner al fresco or soak in the private hot tub.
Head upstairs for the three bedrooms on the second level and another bedroom on the upper level. The Primary King Suit on the second level is HUGE with an even bigger ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet - plus, an additional sleeping nook. Two more King Bedrooms can be found on this level with an additional shared bathroom. Escape to the second lounge area on the upper level, featuring a wet bar and game room. Find the Twin Bedroom on the upper level, featuring four separate twin beds with a shared bathroom. This entire floor is the perfect place for kiddos! All rooms have Smart TV's and closets. 1. QUIET TIMES & NOISE POLLUTION
● Please observe common sense quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM, by refraining from loud parties or music, outdoor
gatherings on the decks or common areas, loud conversations or music in hot tubs, yelling, and loud conversations or
music when your windows are open.
● Construction and remodeling activity is only allowed from 7AM to 7PM.
● No persistent pet barking, howling, or other unreasonable animal is permitted.
● Use or discharge of any radio, loudspeaker, horn, whistle, bell, or other sound device audible to other lots is
prohibited.
● No fireworks or firearms may be discharged at any time.
2. PARKING
● Parking for each unit is limited to within owners' garage and the area directly in front of the garages on the private
driveway on an all-weather drivable surface for up to a maximum of 6 vehicles, provided the neighboring unit's
access is not obstructed.
● Parking is not permitted along the Open Space, public right-of-ways, or emergency access easements as indicated by
the NO Parking signs as that is our HOA's snow storage area.
● No inoperable vehicles parked for a period exceeding 7 days.
3. TRASH
● Trash cans may be put out after 6AM in the morning and returned to garage by 6PM.
● As Steamboat has a bear issue, ensure that cans are not left outside longer than necessary.
● No refuse, garbage, trash, lumber, grass, tree clippings, plant waste, compost, metal, bulk materials, scrap, or debris
of any kind may be kept, stored, or allowed to accumulate on any lot.
4. STORAGE/CAMPERS AND TRAILERS
● No boat, camper, trailer, tractor, commercial vehicle, motorcycle, motor home, four-wheeler, snowmobile, jet ski or
any other vehicle the primary purpose of which is recreational, sporting or commercial use shall be parked or store
in, on or about any Lot or street within the Community Area except within an attached garage or unless such vehicles
are concealed from view in an manner and location as approved but the Design Review Committee.
