This lovely home sits high on the hillside and enjoys gorgeous views of Emerald Mountain! Located perfectly in-between downtown Steamboat Springs and the Ski Resort, the home offers easy access to all your summer and winter adventures. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown and 5 minutes to the Mountain. Spectacular views from the living room take in the iconic Howelsen Hill and the locals favorite Nordic and biking trails on Emerald Mountain.

4 BD / 3BA that boasts polished wood floors throughout, lots of natural light, modern finishes mixed with some mountain elements and inviting living spaces. This home offers great flexibility, a nice option for a group as it has eight beds, or two families traveling together, with two bedrooms with king beds and attached bathrooms, and you're also welcome to bring the family dogs!

In addition to the great room, there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, plus a bathroom off the hallway and a laundry closet. re located on the main floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed, high ceilings with ceiling fan, and ensuite with walk in shower and double vanity. This bedroom also enjoys access to the deck and backyard from the sliding glass door. The second bedroom has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, and the third bedroom features two extra-long twin beds. These bedrooms share the full bathroom that is located off the hallway. Downstairs the 4th bedroom is off the entry area, with double doors leading to another bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom.
The attached 2 car heated garage, which also includes an end space converted to a games area, with table tennis, air hockey, and high top tables. Perfect hangout zone!

Perfect house for family and extended family!

The home is beautiful and conveniently located with a fun backyard and deck. It is decorated in a beautiful mountain motif and fun photographs. The kitchen is well equipped and all in working order. Highly recommend, and look to forward to staying here again.

Perfect for a long weekend with friends

We were in town for the marathon weekend and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The house was excellently equipped with everything you could need, plus nice touches such as shampoo and robes in the bedrooms and coffee, sugar and tea in the kitchen. Steamboat isn't a large town, so the location was close to supermarkets and coffee shops, plus an easy drive to downtown and the Old Town Hot Springs. The site refers to limiting the house to two cars, but it turned out that this was really two cars in the garage and two on the driveway, so perfect for the eight of us. The renting agents also let us know that we could park any other cars at their location at no cost. We'd definitely use this agency and this house again.

Amazing house to make memories

This was a beautiful property with all the special touches you could ask for really. Heated floors, open floor plan, ping pong + air hockey, great lighting. We loved it.

Great Family House!

We stayed with our children and dog and found the property to be ideal. Will definitely stay again! There were so many amenities that weren't even listed on the description. Fenced yard, swings, and so many little things that we didn't have to buy for the interior. We were sad to leave.
