Very quietly located, detached holiday home built in 2000 with 93mª living space on 335mª plot with 2 parking spaces at the house, 5min forest walkway to the lake "Het Hilgelo" with large sandy beach, water sports and swimming possible, beach bar, restaurant with indoor playground (all year round) and children's playground outside.
Layout: Ground floor: (Kitchen(stove, hob, electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, heating), Living/diningroom(single sofa bed, TV, dining table), bathroom(bath tub, shower, washbasin, washing machine, heating), toilet(washbasin, toilet), sauna(sauna)) On the 1st floor: (bedroom(double bed, TV), bathroom(single bed, single bed, single sofa bed), bathroom(shower, washbasin, toilet)) terrace, garden furniture, parasol
