About this property
Harnser Barn, Tittleshall, Norfolk
Originally a stable for the old farm, Harnser Barn is a well planned and wonderfully spacious ground floor cottage sleeping four people and offers views out across the pond and its own private garden. Part of the Tittleshall Barns site, a great option for large groups that require separate, but nearby accommodation. An excellent accommodation option for wedding guests at nearby Godwick Hall,
Home to herons (the Harnsers that are referred to in the name of the barn), swans, mallards and moorhens, this hideaway has its own private garden stocked with roses and surrounded by beautiful willow fencing. Part of the Tittleshall Barns site, a great option for large groups that require separate, but nearby accommodation.
At nearly 200 years old, Harnser Barn is an authentic example of a traditional red-brick farm property that, with thought and care, has been modernised to meet the needs of the modern holiday maker. This single level barn contains generous rooms and a large, enclosed garden where guests will be able to enjoy the rural tranquillity, whilst still being only 30 minutes from the busy, bustling North Norfolk coast. Two quiet, comfortable bedrooms have been dressed and furnished to an exceptional standard, with each having been prepared with fine, white linens. Both bedrooms are en-suite, providing a wet-room and a bathroom, respectively. Outside, the quiet nature of the location comes to the fore, with the barn situated well away from the quiet B-road that brings you to Tittleshall. The large, grassed area is enclosed by traditional wicker fencing. A terraced area plays host to an outdoor dining set and charcoal barbecue. Two off-road parking spaces are provided in the adjacent parking area.
Tittleshall barns is comprised of four barns, all of which are available for bookings; Raynham Breck, Harnser Barn, Mill Hill, and Peak Hall.
