Mieszkanie nie było gotowe, 2 osoby dorosłe + dziecko - na stanie była tylko 1 poszwa na pościel 2 osobową, brak papieru toaletowego, gąbki do naczyń. Pomimo rozmowy z operatorem i informacji, że brakujące elementy zostaną dostarczone, nikt się nie pojawił.

Przykro nam, że mieszkanie nie było odpowiednio przygotowane na przyjazd — szczególnie przy pobycie z dzieckiem ma to duże znaczenie. Sprawdzimy, co stało się z pościelą i brakującymi rzeczami oraz dlaczego dostawa, którą obiecano podczas rozmowy z operatorem, nie dotarła. Doceniamy, że lokalizacja i wyposażenie przypadły do gustu Anna, BookingHost
