The host never replied, neither the day before or the day I was travelling and had to do check-in. So I couldn't stay there, and had to book a last minute hotel room instead.It changed our whole vacation experience, and we had to incur additional costs that we weren't expecting, like having to have lunch and dinner out every day, and having to pay for laundry twice during our stay.Really bad first experience with vrbo, I hoped you'd screen hosts better and guarantee having the check-in information available, instead of depending on a irresponsible host.
