A great place for family & friends, you will love this home away from home!

Recently remodeled with brand new furnishings throughout, this 3 bedroom includes a fully appointed kitchen with new appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave. Patio and BBQ Grill is ready and available for your use! Enjoy some quality time with family and friends at the dining room table that comfortably seats 6-8 or relax on our leather sectional while watching the 55" HDTV equipped with a Blue Ray DVD player. All 3 bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. The Master Suite is furnished with a comfortable king sized bed, plenty of closet space and is equipped with a 55" HDTV and Blue Ray DVD player for your enjoyment! The other two bedrooms are located right down the hallway, one with a queen sized bed and 42" HDTV, the other with two twin beds along with a desk and chairs for use! In addition to the bedrooms we have provided a queen-sized blow up mattress for extra sleeping arrangements located downstairs. This home is also equipped with high-speed internet, games, books, DVD library and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Wonderful vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 months stay at Kathleen and Eric ‘s vacation home. From the lovely bed linens and towels, they pretty well had all bases covered. We loved the location that was so close to the gym we joined, to all kinds of great restaurants and of course lots of shopping. Can hardly wait to get back next year. Very welcoming home.

Quiet neighborhood w nice outdoor common areas

The house was perfect for myself and my two boys. The kitchen had all the items we needed to cook things in the oven or out on the grill. The house was clean and nicely decorated/laid out. Great communication by both the owner and property manager. We really enjoyed walking outside in the neighborhood and playing on the community basketball court. Thanks for the great stay! Brian N

My husband and I stayed here for only two nights while in Gilbert visiting family. This home had everything we needed. Home was spacious and accommodating. All small details seemed to be taken care of such as toothbrushes (if forgotten). The neighborhood was incredibly quiet which was a pleasant surprise considering the proximity of the homes. Property manager was responsive and accommodating which was welcomed. We would definitely stay here again when in Gilbert. Thank you.

Winter getaway

Great house in excellent neighborhood. Many things close by. We had several visitors throughout our stay and all had positive comments about the house. Very clean and nice decor. Would stay again for another escape from Illinois winter!

Had a great 1 month stay in this home. It’s kitchen was well supplied and a nice size. Furnishings were above average quality and everything was in good repair/working order. A lot of nice special touches. Private back yard, nice bbq and patio set. Good parking.

Perfect vacation.

Husband and I stayed in this lovely home for 6 weeks to escape the Midwest winter weather and play some golf. Worked out great. Close to grocery and nice shops/mall and so many delicious restaurants! Beautiful golf courses surround the area. We were so comfortable in the house and it had everything we needed. Very relaxing stay in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Becky responded quickly when we needed some assistance. We had such a great time. Thank you

PERFECT!

I rented this property for my daughter and grandson and it was perfect for their needs! The property manager was great and made sure the house was not going to be used as a party house since it was over New Years Eve. They also checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Our only complaint was that the stay was to short.

The property was wonderful… And we ended up having a wonderful week! However… We got off on a bad foot… We were not given the access code… Could not contact property manager/owner… Ended up in a hotel the first night! Afterwards…There had been a miscommunication between the owner/property manager… And they righted everything! that says a lot about the owner/property manager! It is a beautiful property… Very well-maintained… And the property manager was on our every need as soon as we mentioned there was something missing! We would highly recommend the property to stay at...It is very centrally located in Gilbert!

Great house lots of room , check in was later that 3PM, closer to 4PM.

Great locations from our house for the out of state relatives. Quite neighbor hood, no dishwashing soap for dishwasher, but everything else was there, if we needed anything would just run down the street of frys or walmart. 5 * out 5 star house. ...

Eric transferred from North Pole, Alaska in 1990 to finish his engineering degree at ASU, and has been here since. Being in the semiconductor industry for over 20 years leads to the need for hobbies. Among those hobbies, Eric is an avid runner and thoroughly enjoys being a do-it-yourself'er. Taking care of this home helps keep him sane. The kitchen is FULLY stocked for all your cooking and eating needs. There are TVs in all rooms, except the twin room, with games, books for other entertainment. Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a bathroom downstairs for convenience. There is a community swimming pool to enjoy and the house is close to great places to visit and enjoy
